Flowers for the Coronation.

Sincere thanks to everyone for the generous donations to decorate the Church for the Coronation. Special thanks to Jean Morgan for arranging all the beautiful displays of flowers, some of which are pictured here.
We live in times of inequality and unrest but Revd. Dr. Susan Henry-Crowe has recognised the role that Methodists have and can bring to well-being and social justice.

"As Methodists we are motivated by .... holy scripture that binds us and reason that centres us, to traditions that inspire us, the prayers that hold us, the principles that guide us and the mission around which we journey."

Revd. Henry-Crowe was the General Secretary of the United Methodist Church until December 2022. The extract is from 'The Connexion' Methodist magazine issue 30 Spring 2023, ' Why the World needs Faith.' page 5
